Shipping and delivery information
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Duration of delivery is 3 to 5 business days. All delivery updates will be communicated to the customers in due time, that includes if there is a delay with delivery. There are no additional shipping costs for the buyer.
If payment in advance has been agreed, delivery will be made after receipt of the invoice amount.
Should the delivery of the goods fail through the fault of the buyer despite three delivery attempts, the seller can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to the customer immediately.
If the ordered product is not available because the Seller is not supplied with this product by its supplier through no fault of its own, the Seller may withdraw from the contract. In this case, the seller will inform the customer immediately and, if necessary, propose the delivery of a comparable product. Just finished grooming my Shih Tzu with your clippers. Loved them they were very quiet and cut her hair with ease. Even used the guard with them. She looks beautiful! These clippers have already paid for themselves! Very happy with the purchase!

IT IS FANTASTIC. Mt dog doesn’t like being trimmed, but she sat in my lap & let me shave her! I can’t see using this for professional grooming for hours a day. Corded work better for that than battery powered-they are more powerful-but this is perfect for the ‘hobby groomer’.

I found the clippers really easy use and they did a fabulous job. They are very quiet, and we were surprised to find that our dog loved the whole experience. We have a malti-poo. Even though she’s small she has a LOT of thick hair. The clippers glided through. It took me a while to get the hang of how to most effectively use them to groom her, but that’s because I’ve never done it before. It was very easy to stop from time to time to clear out accumulated hair from the clippers. I don’t see why the average dog-owner would ever need a more expensive set than this. Love that they are rechargeable and cordless. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought these for a long haired cat who tends to get really bad knotted fur seemingly overnight! These worked very well at getting a very think bundle of fur off her. Since she is a cat, and cats are easily spooked, she wasn’t exactly calm using these, but they worked quickly so she didn’t have to be stressed for long. I think if you have a dog who isn’t very easily spooked, these would be quiet and gentle enough to not bother them at all.

Pretty early for a review as I have only used it one time but here it goes. I used them to trim our shizu who was well overdue for a haircut. Her hair was long and matted in certain places. The clippers did excellent on the non-matted hair and pretty well on the matted too. Only dislike was the battery died after I was about 3/4ths of the way done. Fast recharge though as another plus. I would buy them again.

I bought this set of clippers to keep up with the grooming of my puppy in between visits to the professional groomer. It not only serves the purpose but I love these so much that I have begun grooming my puppy myself. Needless to say, it is way less stressful for the pup if I do it than the groomers where the noise, smells, and handling leaves him stressed. The clippers are good quality and the multiple attachments help in choosing the correct length for the coat. The scissors are high quality and comparable to the ones I use to cut my kids’ hair. My puppy looks amazing after he’s been groomed and is becoming more cooperative and relaxed with the process. I also save a ton of money on grooming which is a definite plus! As long as you can handle the clippers, scissors, nail cutter, etc and take it slow and easy with a LOT of treats you will be just fine! Don’t worry if you do make a mistake or two (I did end up shaving his rear end a tad too close the first time i tried trimming that area :D), the dog won’t mind 😉

Wow! There are so many extras and this is so easy to use. For the price, there were several attachments and scissors and combs which makes it an excellent value. The only thing I wish it had was a carrying case!

I like it very much. I work so I needed some time to try it out on the poodle puppy. Now that I have. I just love it! It is quiet enough that it does not scare her and she will tolerate it nicely. I have yet to try the different settings on it and to try different types of poodle cuts. Thank you so much! I would highly recommend this dog clipper to others. It comes with extra oil, different types of scissors, toe clipper, file, an electric charger cord, and different cutter edges! Love it!

This has saved me so much money with the groomers. There is barely any noise and my dog isn’t scared when I cut his fur. I am able to clip his nails without him fighting with me. All of the tools are durable and lightweight. I highly recommend this product for pet owners who want to save money.

I’ll start with the cons. It wasn’t as quiet as I thought it was going to be. It gets hot pretty quickly so you have to take frequent breaks so you don’t burn your pet. I couldn’t use the guides because it would clog immediately with my dog’s hair making it tug: Pros: this is the first time I’ve ever been able to successfully fully groom my dog who is very skiddish myself. She usually freaks out from the vibration of other clippers. I love that it is rechargeable making it cordless if you’d like. That’s a huge plus. I appreciated that it came with many other grooming goodies! Overall I would recommend this clipper to someone who is unable to take their pet to the groomer.

I bought this for my maltipoo puppy since his fur is already getting long. The noise is okay, quieter than other dog clippers but not silent. He seemed okay with the noise, but the vibration terrified him. I don’t think that’s a product fault though – something he’ll have to get used to.
Pros:
– love that this kit comes with many tools, including nail clippers, nail file, metal comb
– blade came oiled (and comes with small bottle of oil) so it didn’t tug at my dog’s fur
– charges quickly
– nice sleek design, doesn’t feel cheap
– multiple guards
Cons:
– the scissors aren’t that great – which I saw others mention in their comments. I had to buy a separate pair
– instruction booklet isn’t clear, especially on how to remove the blade (you need to put it between 1.8 and 2.0 and pop the blade off)

I purchased this clipper set because I needed a small clipper to do the face, feet and sanitary are of my 2 long haired dachshunds. It is very hard to cut the hair in between their little toes and in between their pads of their paws with big noisy clippers. They get scared very easy. I was impressed with how great this set was on arrival. The grooming tools included in this kit are. Very high quality and the clippers does such a great job on my 2 boys hair. Getting this set which was a recommended by a groomer has saved me a great deal of money so far. Doc and Wyatt does such a great job now they are getting groomed by their favorite person now. I will add some photos after I have bathed the boys. I groomed both dogs on a single charge. This is such an amazing kit. The clipped is so quiet.

OH MY GOODNESS… These are the best clippers I have ever owned. I have a shitzu who is 12 years old and throughout our time with Chachi, he has gone to dog groomers and I have cut his hair myself. I started cutting his hair more often because I was told he was very timid at the groomers. I would buy clippers from retail chain stores and although they worked fine, Chachi was still shaking of fear. They would get loud and were quite noisy. WELL, after reading reviews on these clippers I decided to buy them….I was surprised at the low level of noise and vibrations. I was very impressed with the smooth cut it gave. Since Chachi is both inside and outside, his hair can get a bit rough, nappy and coarse but these clippers breeze right through his coat, like a hot knife through butter, (NOTE: not that the clippers get hot, they just work great).
Would highly recommended to anyone who is grooming their dog. Oh and the fact that they are cordless makes it super easy to use.

First time I ever tried to do any grooming on my golden retriever, but with the pandemic we couldn’t get him in to a groomer so….. used the scissors to cut the first couple inches off, then used the trimmer. Took a few trials to figure out which attachment worked best and had to increase the speed to full speed. It was not the best haircut for my dog and it took us forever but it did the job until we could get him in to a professional. I have a totally new respect for groomers!!
The clippers worked really well for him toenails!
Overall it is a really decent grooming set.

We have two small dogs that hate the groomer. I’ve been cutting the pups hair with scissors and finally decided to try a dog grooming kit. I chose this product because of the low-noise claim and all the tools included I’m the kit. The grooming kit included all items advertised, all are high quality too. The razor is extremely gentle, and, to my relief, is as quiet as advertised. Our easily-spooked bichon-poodle didn’t even flinch. Great product for a great price.
