Shipping and delivery information
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Duration of delivery is 3 to 5 business days. All delivery updates will be communicated to the customers in due time, that includes if there is a delay with delivery. There are no additional shipping costs for the buyer.
If payment in advance has been agreed, delivery will be made after receipt of the invoice amount.
Should the delivery of the goods fail through the fault of the buyer despite three delivery attempts, the seller can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to the customer immediately.
If the ordered product is not available because the Seller is not supplied with this product by its supplier through no fault of its own, the Seller may withdraw from the contract. In this case, the seller will inform the customer immediately and, if necessary, propose the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if the customer does not want a comparable product to be delivered, the seller will immediately reimburse the customer for any consideration already paid.

It’s definitely very cute and the cats can easily eat out of it.

The product is very light so when the bowls are almost empty my kitties push the bowls across my hardwood floor. I’m going to have to buy a mat to put under the product. Hopefully that will keep it from sliding. On a positive note, my kitties do like eating out of the bowls.

The bowls are a little small and wish it had a better way to attach the bowls into the stand instead of the twist/lock. Easy to clean.

I like the new feline eating bowls, but the holder has a bounce when you are trying to take one out. So, I had my husband place a thick piece of firm packaging foam underneath the two bowls so that when you press down on the holder it does not bounce back and splash out the water in the other bowl. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to remove the bowls from the holder.

These are nice quality bowls. Appear to be good construction. I like how easily they clean. Additionally, there is a lot less mess than with the previous dishes I was using.

Pros: silicone pads on base to stay in place, bowls can lay flat or tilted, bowls is raised for better neck support, wonderful customer service.
Cons: there are no replacement bowls. I like to put bowls in the dishwasher each night.

I really like this cat feeder its raised & the bowls are tilted which is much better for my cat he’s now stopped vomiting. Its also very well made & the dishes are easy to remove and clean.

This pet feeder is very small and cute, and it is very practical and durable. The elevated bowl is designed to release pressure from your cat’s neck, making him more comfortable and happy while enjoying his food. At least, for my two black kittens it works.

This is adorable and came super fast – my cats decided they won’t eat out of the food bowl we’ve had for years, so I ordered this! My cats are pukers so hopefully the elevated and tilted bowls help. I like that the bowls are small so food doesn’t go bad sitting out, and they “screw in” to the base so they don’t knock over, and it’s just overall adorable!
