Shipping and delivery information

All orders are processed within 1-3  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 Duration of delivery is within 3 - 5 business days . All delivery updates will be communicated to the customers in due time, that includes if there is a delay with delivery. There are no additional shipping costs for the buyer.

If payment in advance has been agreed, delivery will be made after receipt of the invoice amount.

Should the delivery of the goods fail through the fault of the buyer despite three delivery attempts, the seller can withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded to the customer immediately.

If the ordered product is not available because the Seller is not supplied with this product by its supplier through no fault of its own, the Seller may withdraw from the contract. In this case, the seller will inform the customer immediately and, if necessary, propose the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or if the customer does not want a comparable product to be delivered, the seller will immediately reimburse the customer for any consideration already paid.

Customers will be informed about delivery times and delivery restrictions (e.g. restriction of deliveries to certain countries) on a separate information page or within the respective product description.

Please see the blocked zip codes per country. If the zip code you would like to delivered to is in here, it means we cannot ship to that area, and therefore you cannot place orders for this address.

We highly advise you to check this list with phrases which have been blocked. If your order address contains phrases from the list, your order will not be shipped.
