All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders can no longer be canceled.
Refunds and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. If that should ever not be the case, we offer you the possibility to return or exchange your order. We offer a 30-day trial period from the date of purchase for all our products. Please read the information below carefully to make the return or exchange process quick and easy.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds are available if the item is not as described or damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter any issues.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address you provided

After clicking the "Return" button, an 'Order's Product Refund Request Form' will be displayed. It contains information about the product, quantity and total refund amount.
The page also shows the subject of the refund request. If you wish, you may indicate the reason for the return, but this is not required. However, we would appreciate if you could provide a reason so that we can improve next time. You will also see return information and your billing and shipping address. If everything is correct, please click "Submit Request".
Return request for Customers without accounts
Note: Please follow the steps above and our team's instructions via email. If possible, please pack the product properly in the original packaging including all included parts. Please note that if the product is damaged, dirty or incomplete due to use during the trial period, you will be responsible for the depreciation of the item and a percentage of your refund will be charged.
